Keith has a finance (FCCA) and general management background (MBA), having led pan-European distribution organisations, controlled multi-national manufacturing businesses and consulted for SME’s and third sector clients.
He has established overseas businesses, led sales teams and driven change management programs. Keith’s forte is in combing effective business practices with cost control. Keith coaches in leadership and lectures in business and finance for a London based university.
Clients often compliment Keith’s natural ability to communicate with people, saying ‘Keith just gets me’. Keith has, for example, coached on programs supporting Harvard Business School, trained staff at the big 4+ consultancy firms and supported MD’s in their business planning.
Keith is an experienced, versatile master coach and facilitator, who places client focus, gentle humour and encouragement to achieve beyond expectations at the centre of client processes. Keith is a part-time director which means he keeps his experience contemporary.
Keith has a passion for community, promoting Just Clarity’s mantra of ‘People and Business Matters’ by volunteering with a number of charitable and social enterprise organisations.
